Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit:
A valid passport is required as a guarantee during the rental period to ensure the responsibility and return of our enduro bikes. Your passport will be kept in a safe box and returned to you upon the return of the bike. We do not accept any other form of deposit.
Use and Additional Conditions:
These rental bikes are for road use only. If the customer chooses to ride in off-road areas, such as jungle terrain, and has an accident, they will be responsible for all associated costs. Additionally, if the bike is returned dirty or damaged, extra charges will apply for cleaning and repairs.
Opening Hours:
Rentals and returns are available from 8 AM to 7 PM.
Delivery and Pickup:
Free for a minimum of 3 days rental within the Kamala area, available from 8 AM to 7 PM.
Advance Reservations:
A minimum rental period of 7 days is required for advance reservations, along with a non-refundable deposit in case of cancellation.
Early Return: No refunds will be issued if the motorbike is returned before the end of the rental period.
Rental Extension: If the rental is extended, only the additional days will receive the discounted rate based on the total duration. No discounts will be applied to the initial payment.
Driving Requirements:
The customer must have a valid driver’s license and prior experience riding enduro bikes. If you need riding lessons, please request our Enduro Training service.
Mechanical Assistance:
Mechanical assistance is available only within the island of Phuket during our business hours. It does not cover flat tires. We are not responsible if the bike is used outside of the island or off road.
