Before proceeding, please review and confirm your agreement with the following

Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations and Payments:

    • An advance reservation is required to guarantee availability.

    • Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

    • Bookings are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

  • Schedule and Availability:

    • Enduro Trips and Enduro Training take place on the reserved date and time.

    • Clients may request a start time adjustment when contacted to confirm their booking.

    • The client may request one change of date or time with at least 3 days’ notice before the agreed date, subject to availability.

  • Service Conditions:

    • The Enduro Trip has an approximate duration of 4 to 5 hours, which may vary depending on riding level, terrain conditions, and weather.

    • All services include motorcycles, fuel, and protective equipment.

    • The meeting point for the Enduro Trip or Enduro Training is located in Kamala Beach, at "Bomboy Enduro Service Phuket".

    • We do not offer hotel pick-up service.

  • Security Deposit:

    • A security deposit of 5,000 THB is required during the Enduro Trip or Enduro Training to cover any potential damage to the motorcycle caused during the activity.

    • The deposit will be refunded at the end of the service, after the motorcycle has been inspected.
      If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the client is responsible for paying the difference.

  • Safety and Responsibility:

    • The client agrees to follow the guide’s instructions and ride responsibly at all times.

    • The client acknowledges that the Enduro Trip and Enduro Training are off-road adventure activities and agrees to participate at their own risk.

    • Before starting the activity, the client must sign a liability waiver, accepting responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the service.
